Now, I'm rusty on my Tolkien, and haven't read The Silmarillion yet, but I know enough about the history of Middle Earth to know that an elf in the Third Age (or probably any other after the First) wouldn't murder another elf. Especially not one like Elrond.

Can we say "Kinslaying", fantwit?

... I thought the Kinslayings all happened in the First Age? Or maybe into the Second?
