Stop hauling around loads of concrete and hollow blocks that weigh as much as you do. It is stupid and you are not a very fit person and also THEY WEIGH AS MUCH AS YOU DO.
50 lbs. bag of concrete x 2 = 100 lbs. = AS MUCH AS YOU
Even I can do that math.
Now go lie down.

... I'm laying down now. Really. But it's funny; I think I strained something in my back from lugging around the concrete and hollow blocks yesterday (or maybe I am just THAT weak), but I had to do it again today because my mom bought another load this afternoon after work. We're building a wall. Or, my dad and uncles are and my mom and I are moving the supplies in place. But today, my back really started to hurt afterwards, so I put an Icy Hot patch on my back. It's nice. Or it was, at first.
See, it started out cold -- "icy to numb the pain" -- and that's not so bad on a hot day, so I laid on my stomach on my bed in front of Shukaku and started LJing. Specifically, returning comments on that post I made on the Bunny That Shall Not Be Named and the temptations of Christ, etc.
Then, suddenly, in the midst of blasphemy, this BURNING HOT SENSATION SHOOTS DOWN MY BACK.
"Hot to soothe it away."

It's still hot on my back.
I'm afraid.
