Would it kill ya to flush the toilets twice? I mean, come on! I know they're public restrooms and all, but could you at least CONSIDER the fact that OTHER PEOPLE might want to use said toilets?! It just takes 30 seconds before the tanks fill up again and you flush a second time. That makes *all* the icky paper go down the happy drains.
