Well, sex does happen in AUs, but in the Camp proper. The closest thing to sex that's been at Camp is when Superboy was impregnated by the tentacle monster in the lake and gave birth to Kal.

And recently Sakura turned into Godzilla, Lee turned into Mothra, and they got intimate. But when they turned back human, Lee found out he was pregnant. He laid his egg yesterday.

Everyone else is afraid of the punishment for breaking the sex rule.

No one knows what the egg will hatch into. Afterall, when Kon (Superboy) got preggers, people thought it was a normal kid. Until Kal chewed his way out a la Alien.

... and no one knows what the punishment is. But considering that the punishment for being late for breakfast entails being gang-raped by purple gorillas, no one wants to find out.
