Something you could do to make this a little bit easier is, before you sit down and start studying overtime, just take a moment to relax. Have a hot bath with bubbles, drink a cup of hot chocolate and watch Loony Tunes, whatever - just do something to let yourself relax xompletely and blank your mind. Then start studying, when you're relaxed and can focus better on what's in front of you. Make sure you've eaten recently, because lack of food makes it harder to concentrate. And periodically throughout the test period, remember to take a few moments to breathe and relax, so that you're not completely stressed out.
*hugs* And when everything's over, reward yourself with porn!
