Okay, people, let's get talking!

Am I the only one still very much underwhelmed by these season's designers/designs? Yes yes, the interpersonal relationships seem to have been stepped up a notch because we all love drama. I get that as a reality show, we need that. But, ugh. No one is really wowing me. And I'm not rooting for a particular person to win yet (but I usually don't until like the final 6).

Team challenges always bring TEH DRAMAZ and backstabbing. I really don't like the asian lady anymore. :/ It was like she wanted to be team leader -- and certainly acted like it -- but she didn't want to be the one to take the fall if things went bad. Because, let's face it: in these challenges, it's usually the team leader who's booted off.

And they got rid of my fabulous designer. T__T I really liked him because he was funny.

I haven't watched it yet, but I went to the site to see what happened. A lot of people are upset. He was very well liked. It's a shame they don't seem to consider all of a person's work when they make the decision. If they did, the other person should have been kicked out. I think they keep him for the drama.

I know. I really didn't get it. :/ But I guess making more drama makes for better TV than a happy fat guy.

it was like victorya really was after ricky to get cut. she definitely wasn't a team player. and, like you, i rather liked what she was producing before...now, her personality makes me not want to like anything she does.

eilise is looking better and better all the time - spit markers or not.

chris was funny, and if the overall cut was based on the design, its integration into the over all set, its construction, and leadership of the team...then yeah, he could have been cut. the judges could see that ricky had a hard time with his team (victorya), but chris had the cooperation of his team - he just didn't make sure all the designed fit the theme, and make his design to what the judges were looking for in the challenge.

most of these outfits from this challenge i did not care for at all.

Victorya is rather reminding me of Wendy from Season 1. Wendy also backstabbed people on her team to get them kick off. However, I truly hated Wendy's work (she was on the bottom 2 so many times but was like a cockroach and lived), and I used to like Victorya's. Also, she sorta reminds me of a cheap, knockoff Vera Wang. But I like Vera Wang.

... I'm waiting for better challenges. :/ CHALLENGES THAT WILL ACTUALLY HAVE US LOOKING AT NICE CLOTHES.

i think someone mentioned how last week's challenge (ep 3) was rather unfair...to make clothing acceptable for a man (like tiki) to wear on the air on the today's show. there isn't a whole lot to work with.

...though the models were all great looking!

it does make you wonder what sorts of challenges they have lined up for the rest of the season, and if their creativity is running thin on what to have the designers do for future shows.

...hey! why don't you send them a resume -- offer your creative vision for what sort of challenges could be done for future season! :)

I don't think the challenge was unfair. Last season, they had to do the "jetsetter" challenge and had to model the outfits themselves; the guys all had to make men's outfits while the girls (luckily) had to design for women. Vincent, in particular, had never made men's clothing before and had to take off his pants to figure out the pattern. That's why one of the designers this season specifically asked Tim Gunn if he could use his clothes as a pattern.

And yes, all the models were delicious~ And notice how we got tons of ass/abs/chest shots on the male models, when they don't do that for the women models. XD! Different standards, I guess.

Oh, thank god I'm not the only one who thinks she looks like a knockoff Vera Wang. XD! I'm waiting for a hard challenge, just to see her type-A personality totally breakdown in a messy mental explosion.

i really liked chris and thought victoria or ricky should've been booted the heck off. i really thought that chris' dress was at least well-constructed and not a pain to look at, unlike Ricky's. Ricky wasn't proactive enough and Victoria didn't want to say she was team leader but she micromanaged like one. i hate people like that.

i'm growing to like Elisa too. she has her own mysterious, wacky way of designing and constructing but she thinks outside the box and she isn't boring.

i personally am liking Kit. but watch her get cut because i like her.

but you're right - i am underwhelmed as a whole. i hope they step it up because this episode was a yawn.

NOOOOOO! I don't want her to go. She's my favorite.

Personally, I wanted to see Victorya go because she was such a bitch. x__X I liked Chris and I sorta like Ricky too, even though he's been in the past bottom two. I hope that he steps it up next week to prove that he's a good designer, because if he's on the bottom again, he's probably gonna be booted off. :/

Elisa is getting better! She learns pretty quickly that not everything can be wacky, and she IS making sure her outfits are polished.

I want to see more of Kit's personality, I think. They really seem to be pigeon-holing the desingers into their "set places" pretty early. We already know who's the bitchy one, and the weird one, and the gay bitchy one. Now we need the "wholesome" one, and the one with the bad temper.

i thought the last episode pretty much pigeonholed Jillian as the 'wholesome' one :-)

Really? I thought she might be the "one who makes assumptions and gets her ass handed back to her". She's not too exciting to me.

I've totally been watching the past seasons as they re-run them on Bravo. XD!

And yeah, this season is very squirmy. I wanna see some good stuff come out! Hopefully once half the people are gone and they start not giving immunity and stuff, the designs will get better.

I am unhappy with this season as well. But, I guess not every season can be fabulous. Maybe this will become that infamous "suck" season that every great series has. And people can look back and bitch about how bad this season was for years to come. But then season five will be fabulous.

We can hope, yes?

I really dislike team challenges. There is always bitchery and backstabbing. And having two of them in the first four episodes does not please me. No. >=(

And the way everyone was bitching and moaning about how the last couple challenges were soooooo haaaaard... give me a break. This is nothing compared to some of the previous seasons. They're getting it so easy it isn't even funny. I wish they'd make these people do an outfit out of trash like season three. Then maybe we'd see them suck it up and be fabulous.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one who's thinking the challenges are easy compared to past seasons. I mean, at least they've all gotten to make clothes out of fabric instead of trash or plants or the clothes off their backs. I dislike having so many "ooh aah" guest challenges/judges. Just give us the wackiness where they really have to WORK HARD. Like the... swimsuit one from Season One, I think? Where they had to make their outfit in 6 hours.

Yes, the swimsuit challenge was season one, and Austin and Jay were both amazing at it.

That plant challenge was rough! I think it may have been the hardest challenge in all three seasons.

I'm so afraid of next week's episode, because I'm sure I know what's going to happen with Jack. T_T

I'm still afraid Sweet Pea will end up getting booted out soon. :/ Not in next week's episode, since that's the dreaded "5th Challenge" that was in the new a few months back, but soon enough.
