windandwaterFree ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware. Today only.
ZoneAlarm is giving out free software for spyware cleaning and basic firewall, along with a year of free update. ♥ I happened to like ZoneAlarm when I tried it, so this is pretty good. Especially since Norton keeps telling me that I need to buy another subscription soon. >_>;;

On the resident antispyware side, Windows Defender (Formerly Giant Antispyware) is actually pretty good. (www.microsoft.com/defender)
Non-resident scanner - Spybot (www.spybot.info)
Firewall - Sygate Personal Firewall even though it's old is extremely lightweight and effective (http://www.tucows.com/preview/213160)
