So yesterday I spent the day with aoi and sukino. :3 We went to Ontario Mills Mall (it's nice that it's in the middle), and had lunch at Dave&Buster's. I had some very delicious fried shrimp with fries. ♥ I've been craving shrimp lately for some reason. Took advantage of the Eat&Play combo thingy, so we also each got gameplay cards with our meals. Hahaha... it's so fun to be able to play videogames and earn tickets for cheesy prizes. Though, I sorta feel sorry for Aoi-chan because me and Pet babbled about Trickster for a bit before we all switched subjects to the craziness of fangirls and other things.

We wandered the mall and looked at a number of things, but that was mostly window shopping. I did, however, give Pet $1 so she could buy the most horrible book on the face of the planet. If she starts quoting from it or posting pics of the illustrations, it's not my fault. I wash my hands of the whole thing. >_>;; We also shared a HUGE slice of chocolate cake from Cheesecake Factory. But I did tell Pet that Puzzle Quest was a good game (since kitsune_rei reviewed it and it sounds fun), so she bought it.

And then there was playing games at Gameworks. ♥ Aoi-chan had a card with points on it that she wasn't gonna use, so we used them up. And I showed then I rocked by getting Aoi and Pet plushies from those UFO catcher machines. Aoi got a Jack!monkey from PotC and Pet got the Hammerhead shark pirate. XD! I tried to get her a tentacly kracken, but it kept dropping from the claw. I got two sparkly fairy wands (with stars at the top), that I will use as hairstick thingies. Yay.

AND GUESS WHAT I BULLIED AOI-CHAN INTO JOINING TRICKSTER AND SHE DID AND NOW SHE'S ADDICTED. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. OBVIOUSLY EVERYONE ELSE WHO'S HOLDING OUT SHOULD JOIN NOW.

Aoi-chan is playing a Lion. I'm guessing it's because he's blond. XD!

And I've been thinking about making a Pure-Luck Lion, only apparently I'd have to level him a lot to get the good comp rates? I don't really know, except they can hold a lot of weight. >.>;

And if you wanna make a pure-LK Sense type, you might as well make a Fox. They have lots of skills that boost LK and DA and are good for compounding and refining.

Nah, pure LK Foxes do decently. That video I linked you to, of the Fox doing insane crits on Tombeth was a pure LK Fox wearing DX equips. I think it was a 4141, but I'm not sure.

Only during 1st Job, and even then not really. Lions are natural Gunners, though they also have the LK-boosting skills of 1st Job. But Foxes are built more towards drilling and compounding... and throwing things.

You can make a LK Lion! I think they might get some sort of skill in 2nd Job that increases their compound rates, but I'm not sure. Check the guides first.

Huh. Well, anyway, you can still make a Lion and just keep it 1st Job if you want. Try and see if you like it? You can always delete if you're not happy.

Hm. Even if I did go to 2nd Job, he'd still keep all the skills previously learned. And it looks like for 3rd Job he'll get the skills the Fox gets at 2nd anyway.

I'm going for a lion. Now to spend all day thinking of a good name. @__@

Also: There be a Fox compounder in business. :Db

*nods* AT 3rd Job you'd have to go Hybrid to get the Fox LK skills, but it's an option if you don't really wanna be a gunner. Plus, 2nd Job Lions get Fortune Hit.

And I've seen compounders advertising their services, but I just prefer to comp for myself even if it's crappy. Sometimes you get scammed if you don't know the person. Maybe when I'm higher-leveled and have lots of money, I'd hire a compounder for my rare items.
