right hand is withered claw shooting pains down inner forearm everytime i curl my hand around pen/pencil been like this since yesterday almost cried from it today is multiple choice thank god but tomorrow more writing

need to buy painkiller if continues

Buy strong painkillers! :( And grip your pencil less tensely! And buy a mechanical pencil with enough bumps and rubber ridges that it braces itself on your hand.
