windandwater: (SNAKES ON A PLANE)

Bwhehehehe. Samuel L. Jackson was the guest on The Daily Show. ♥ Snakes on a motherfucking plane. I wanna see that movie so bad, even if it's stupid. I need my quota of senseless violence, explosions, and death. That's why I watch stuff like DOOM.

And yes, dammit, I uploaded this icon JUST for this post.

I'm sorry, but this movie causes him to lose the title, "Bad-Ass Muthafucker."

...

Speaking of movies, I might be reeeeeaaally slow, but is the old man Connor & Murph's da?

... I still think he's bad ass. He's so badass that he helped to push the producers into letting him say the motherfucking snakes line. For the fans. TOTALLY BADASS.

... and the old assassin guy from Boondock Saints? Yes, he is. How did you miss that? They call him dad and everything.

Do they? How in the **** did I miss that???

I just watched it tonight, missed them calling him da, but caught the whole "Our da taught us that prayer" and then him joining them on it when Rocko had died. o_O*;

Ah, the amazing insights that fever brings!!!!

Yes, it's mostly the prayer thing, but then when they're all together and plotting, they call him "da".

Are you sick?

*nods* My throat's giving me problems, but it's really annoying... it comes and goes, which is driving me nuts.

No OJ... I'm going to ask Curt to get me some tomorrow, though. I wish I could rest, but this money-less thing is pretty critical. I'm down to eight packets of Easy Mac. *frets*

... I'd cuddle you back but I don't want to get you sick! XD

Ah, that reminds me, I was going to ask you if you'd be interested in going to a job fair. There's one on the 29th that I'm interested in going to at the Ontario Convention Center. You just bring a stack of resumes and can talk to employers and they have on-site interviews, too.

It's HireQuest, and they do job fairs in LA, too, but I forget what date.

Does sound promising... if it's area stuff, then Ontario might not be my best choice... HireQuest?

Oh good. They have a webpage. Says the LA one is the 30th. I hope I'm employed by then, but if I'm not, then that'll probably be good.

MySpace actually did "get in touch" but if they want me to work the graveyard shift... *shudder* Well, nine pm to five am -- I'll probably be more awake during those hours, anyway!

You saw their website right? They help hire for alot of Fortune 500 companies, so I don't think it's just in the area stuff. At any rate, there's the one in LA, too.

orking for MySpace wouldn't be so bad. Even if I don't like the site, I'd still work for them. XD Behold the lack of scruples.

Hehehe Oh, I'd work for them anytime -- I just don't like the location and the prospect of a 9pm-5am shift. Though I'd probably be at my best then. XD

... Gaia's based in Santa Clarita.......

He was so fabulous on The Daily Show. And the movie looks totally plotless and yet I still want to see it like burning. ^^;;

He was so enthusiastic and happy. If an actor is THAT excited over their own movie, I have to see it. It's like when he was thrilled over getting to have a purple lightsaber.
