Is anyone else having problems getting on/loading LJ? Earlier this afternoon I tried to get on LJ to do my normal websurfing and CFUDing, and LJ refused to load on IE. I kept trying, and tried other sites, but it was only LJ that refused to load. So, I thought LJ had gone down for some reason or another.

So I suffered boredom and many games of Snood before I loaded AOL (still using the shiny wireless connection) to check my mail. And what do you know? When I tried to load LJ using the AOL browser, IT WORKED. I launched IE again, but it still refuses to connect to LJ. And this is confusing me, because the AOL browser is pretty much just a stripped down and craptacular version of IE. I just tried using Firefox, and it says it can't load the site either.

It's back! YAAAAAAAAAAAY! And I wasn't the only one having this problem either! Yay for stalking CFUD's flist.

I'm using IE version 6.0.2800 and haven't had any problems today.

using firefox without problems at the moment. You try restarting or resetting the hub if you use DSL or things like that?

I would do that if I wasn't, you know, leeching my wireless connection. ^^;; I think I'll get on my dial-up and see if I have the same problem, though.

No problems here, with any browser. I think Biz had problems like this once and it was.. her computer clock? Maybe?

... my clock? @_@ But it's working fine? What peeves me is that it's ONLY the LJ site that won't work on IE or Firefox. I'm wondering if maybe the neighbors changed their firewall settings of something.

Yeah, something about her computer clock not being right was messing with things somehow, I think. That was back when lots of people were having lj problems, though.
