More Sad Things

I know that I've been a bit absent from AIM and such lately.



Since it's the Easter season, as well as Nanay dying (it's still hard to say that outloud), there's been a lot of prayer going on at the house lately. We have to pray the Novena and Rosary for nine nights, and this was the third night. Mom still gets kinda teary during it. And the relatives in the Philippines took video of the funeral and emailed it to me, so I downloaded it and me and mom watched it tonight (the funeral was yesterday). She cried during the end of that, too. It's been pretty hard, but I think it's going to be okay. The relatives all feel like this was the best time, since it's Easter, so Nanay will be going to Heaven and such. It's a comfort.

My family had to go through that too when my mom's mom died during thanksgiving.

*hug* It just sucks that it's near a holiday and all.
