Much better now

Well, the food and actually moving around and getting fresh air certainly helped. Also, the can of coke I consumed a great majority of. The weather has been nice, so it's actually warmer OUTSIDE than it is in the library. Why are libraries always so damn cold, anyway? And there's a church right across the street, and I stepped out in time to hear the bells tolling 5 o'clock. And they rang again at 5:15! Hehehehe... I didn't think church bells actually tolled every quarter of an hour anymore.

The caffeine and sugar is going through my system now, so I'm feeling babbly. Or maybe I just don't want to go back to studying. Whatever. I fed some of my breadcrusts from my sandwich to the birds. They were so cute and little and fat. ♥

Also, I know I should be focusing on the studying and the Bar and all, but I can't help but thinking in the back of my brain that I still haven't written my MoR fic yet or have a good plotbunny for it. I DO have a plotbunny, but it's way too long to write, and certainly not appropriate for the contest, unless I do some tricky things. jana1x2x1 knows what fic it is, since I only told her when I was sitting in her lap at YCon. jana has a very comfy and warm lap. iniq is comfier, but not as warm. ♥ Anyway, I THINK that I might have some inspiration, but still not sure. Bleh.

... we're not even going to discuss the Naruto fics I need to finish. Because I know askerian might just start to beat me for the furry one I told her I'd write. XP But I'd totally write it if Asuka made me an Itachi icon that says: Soylent Green is people.

I should do something productive now.

Why are libraries always so damn cold, anyway?

Has to do with the increased risk of decomposition of natural materials like paper at higher temperatures. Also is a nod to the fact that electronic equiptment performs better at lower temperatures. ^_~

And speaking of bunnies, there's a club on DA just starting up called Bunny Squad. o_O*

Oh, don't worry about it! *hugs* I don't think it's the theme itself as much as the fact that I don't have the time or energy to write a contest-worthy fic. The ficlets and stuff I put in my LJ don't count. XP

But anyway, I guess I work best under pressure, so I'm sure to bang out something in the last week. Just give me a reminder! XD
