Her recent post made me remember an old post of MINE, so I searched for an hour (and two full years) of entries to find this again.

Here are (sorry if you've seen this before) recipies for real drinks that have lovely connections to everyone's favorite GBoyz.



Because I feel like it, I'm posting up the recipes for some very interesting drinks. You'll see why I'm amused.

Maxwell Orgasm

1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Bacardi Limon Rum®
1 oz. Sour Mix
1 oz. Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps®

Using a collins glass, fill with ice, add Bacardi Lemon, Sour Apple Pucker, orange juice, cranberry juice, Lemon Lime Soda. Shake well. Top off with whipped cream and cherry.

Blue-eyed Boy

1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Creme de cacao
1 oz Rum
1 scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
2 cubes Ice
1 sprig of mint leaves.

Put all ingredients into blender, including mint leaves, saving some for garnish. Blend until smooth. Serve in a Brandy Snifter with a tea spoon. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.


... maybe I'll add to this list later. I swear I've heard of a drink called a "Death Glare" but I can't find the recipe.

EDIT... Well, I can't find the Death Glare, so I'll substitute instead. Adios Mother Fucker (a.k.a. AMF), one of my faves. It really *will* destroy you utterly. The bastard is strong. Plus, it's blue! A very good substitute, in my opinion.

Adios Mother Fucker

3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Rum
3/4 oz Tequila
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
2 splash(es) Cola
1 dash(es) Blue Curacao
1 wedge(s) Lemon

Combine vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, and sweet & sour mix over ice in glass. Add cola, then dash of blue caracao (for color). Garnish with lemon and adios...

Death Wish ... uhm, I got the name wrong. I think this is the "Death Glare" I was talking about.

1 Part of Wild Turkey 101
1 Part of Rumple Minze
1 Part of Jägermeister

Mix and pour into shot glasses. The bar would cut you off after three of these. FOR HOME USE ONLY! This could be potentially dangerous!

SM *giggles*

1 Shot of Gin
1 Mug Root Beer
(Should be a ratio of about 1 part Gin to 4 parts Root Beer.)

Fill a Shot Glass with Gin. Fill a Mug with Root Beer leaving a little room at the top. Drop the entire Shot, including the Glass, into the Mug filled with Root Beer. At the end of the drink, the Shot glass will empty the gin in the last gulp of Root Beer and slide down hitting the drinker's nose.
Only the sliding of the Shot Glass is masochistic. The drink is delicious.

No Name

1 Part of Amaretto
1 Part of Whiskey
1 Part of Sour Mix

Mix and pour into shot glasses.

Blue Eyed Blonde

1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Creme de Banane

Layer Curacao then Creme de Banane in a Shot Glass.

Dragon Slayer

.5 Ounce of Absolut Vodka
.5 Ounce of Malibu Rum
.75 Ounce of Blueberry Schnapps
.25 Ounce of Blue Curacao
1 Ounce of Pineapple Juice
1 Ounce of Orange Juice
.25 Ounce of 7-Up
1 Dash of Grenadine

Shake all but 7-up and grenadine with ice and pour into sour glass. Fill with 7-up and top with grenadine.


I, quite possibly, have too much time on my hands. At least I didn't post up "Death of a Virgin."

The humor is all in the NAMES of the drinks, not their contents. Afterall, would YOU like to have a Maxwell Orgasm? Or taste No Name (Nanashi)?

How popular are these drinks? Cause I'm goin' to Canada tonight, and hey...I'd like to try a few of these. *evil grin* And if not so popular, I'm sure a few friends wouldn't mind helping me buy some of what is needed for a few of those drinks. *cackle*

Well, I've had the AMF at a bar before, but I've never tried the others. You can always ask.
