How the mighty have fallen

It's raining. It started raining last night. I was cold when I woke up this morning and I didn't want to get up, but I HAD to. So I went to Starbuck's.

Oh god.

I've fallen; it's terrible. I put an extra shot of espresso in my caramel machiatto. That means I'm now sucking down a Triple Grande. The only saving grace is that it's a grande and NOT a venti.

Wow... you'd think science would make caffine in IV form for some people! *grin*

I've never had much of a fondness for espresso... coffee, and really strong coffee, I do love. But espresso is just too much for me.

Well, in a caramel machiatto, you don't taste the actually espresso too much. There's a lot of milk and foam and CARAMEL to cover the taste. Plus, I dump a lot of chocolate into my cup, so it's more like I'm drinking hot cocoa with a kick.

I normally don't like the taste of coffee. I always cover it up with milk and sugar if I can't find a Starbuck's. *tempts* You should try a caramel machiatto. They're tasty~!

I think your way of ingesting caffine sounds much better (and tastier) than any IV form! *grin*

Hot chocolate/carmel sounds fantastic. I just might have to take a run up to Starbucks before heading home. I am dragging today.

Bwhahaha! That's why I love Starbuck's. I also take the time to go to the little counter where they keep the milk and flavorings so I can dump the whole shaker of chocolate into my cup. And there's the vanilla and nutmeg, too. :3

You can also tell them "extra caramel" but I don't because the Starbuck's I go to uses enough to be tasty. Ahahaha... I have a "regular" Starbuck's. I'm digging myself into a hole.
