I only topped over 100 KB/sec once or twice before everything went down to around 40 KB/sec.

Maybe things will be better once I burn everything off and run a much needed defrag.

defragging won't help your connection...

i see two possible scenarios; one, that your local network node is overloaded and you're getting 100kb/sec because that's all that's available...

or two, your network administrator saw all that unthrottled bandwidth terminating at your IP and decided to cap it. that's what I would do! muahaha

Well, I would need to defrag because I haven't done it in a long while, and all this downloading and then burning off is making things troublesome. Besides, Solo is taking a long time to start up and shut down lately.

And that's MEAN! I dunno if our network admins would do that, but it's MEAN! I just want my Naruto before it's officially licensed!
