Just walk out. If she stops you, tell her that your bladder is fit to burst. She won't stop you. She'll probably be so flustered she ends the lecture early.

Nah, she actually stopped the lecture. ^^ Besides, we're all adults here; we're allowed to go potty whenever we feel like it. Besides, lots of people do it just to get out of class for a bit.
