The general majority doesn't know whether this is a real tattoo or just very good body paint. The general majority also doesn't want to contemplate HOW this guy remained conscious if it IS a real tattoo. The piercing, however, is real.

How cute! In one of my tattoo magazines there's an interview with a more extreme tattoo artist/piercer/body modifier, and he talked about how he tattooed a spider on the head of a guy's penis.

I've seen a wide variety of body modifications, so as far as pain goes, it depends on the tolerance level. The first thing I thought of when I saw it was how inventive the guy was :)

If you really look closely, you can see that the two pics are different - the 'flower' bits near the edges of the design are filled in on the second one. So if it isn't paint, then it must have taken a lot of sessions. A lot of painful sessions.

I used to know a girl who had herself tattooed down there, actually. Waves and a clamshell all along the outside of her labia. And a clit ring with a pearl in, or so I'm told; I never actually saw all of it, just what showed around the edges of her bikini. More's the pity.
