*still reeling from last night's performance*

I didn't get back to the hotel until almost midnight! They played for a little over 2 hours and it was SO awesome. I thought that seeing that VCD I have would have prepared me, but there is NOTHING like seeing a performance live, and feeling the energy and the music pounding against your skin. I got goosebumps. Literally.

I'm sad that I couldn't bring my camera into the auditorium, but I guess it's so that they don't get blinded by flashes or what have you. I was very impressed by the performance overall. And I could tell when they went into the section where they played Thai music, because the audience clapped louder and cheered. XD I was also very impressed by the sheer talent the girls have. :3 If they ever tour in the US, I want to go.

Anyway, after the performance, I was in the lobby and bought their latest CD. It was at a discounted price and I was planning on buying it anyway, so bargain for me! But, the best thing was that if you bought a tape/cd/vcd/dvd, you got a little ticket to go to the autograph session! I was of two minds about staying later in the line, but my ticket was #121, so I took that as a sign and stayed.

I wanted them to sign a poster I had bought (along with 3 postcards for 20 baht, proceeds going to charity), but they were only signing the CD/DVD insert things because of the pictures. So now my CD booklet is all signed and I shall KEEP IT FOREVER.

All in all, I am quite a happy girl. I'm glad I decided to go, though Zhu says I'm not allowed to squeal about it in front of her or she will burn with jealousy. XD

... still need to pay for my trips this weekend, but will do that today. Also, the tailor called yesterday, but I was out all day, so I'm going back to the hotel directly after class and call him back. I hope everything is okay.

*looks at clock* One hour until my next class. I should get a snack eventually.

That sounds so cool. I went looking for 12 girls band on Lime Wire, but couldn't find anything -- it wouldn't be as fun as it sounds like the live concert was, anyway.

Well, they're a new CHinese group and this is their first Asia tour, I think. They'll be releasing their CD in the US in August, IIRC. Try google.
