Yes, it's taking me this long because I'm not normally a cake person. *munch* But the lemon filling is really really good. If it wasn't for the sugary frosting, I might not eat the rest, but the balance between sour and sweet is lovely.
... I've been watching too much Iron Chef again. Oh! That reminds me! Next weekend is a special Iron Chef event! The Iron Chefs versus three American chefs -- INCULDING THAT PUNK ASS BOBBY FLAY. And Wolfgang Puck... and Mario Whatever-his-last-name-is-that-starts-with-a-P.
