Will someone please tell me if I have to set my clock forward for Daylight savings and WHEN I'm supposed to do that?

In other news, I'm all showered and dressed and now I shall go shopping, for this bunny needs food (and manga, and possibly some new clothes and shoes).

It's probably different over there, but here, we put the clocks forward at 1am March 28th.

Which is why my body clock is hating me at the moment.

I usually just wait until my computer yells at me that it's changing the time. :/ Don't most computers running Windows do that?
