Actually, the milk won't help an upset stomach, though the toast kind of will. Feel better.

No, sometimes it can even make an upset stomach worse. But it depends. Usually, salt settles stomachs very well, that's why saltines are so good to eat when you're sick -- the salt settles your stomach, and the cracker is light and helps neutralize some of the stomach acids.
