My mother just sent me an email written in half-English, half-Tagalog. Taglish? Doesn't the woman know that even though I understand Tagalog verbally, I can neither speak nor read it? Now I'm going to give myself a headache figuring out what she wrote.

And my father called this morning to wake me up and ask me what I was doing today.

My parents are insane.

But I get to have cold Chinese food for lunch, which is second only to cold pizza. I swear, those two are only foods that taste better the day after.

Wow... who would ever want to LEARN Tagalog if they aren't already Filipino? It's not exactly a widely spoken language. ^^

It's very bastardized Spanish, with a mix of native dialect. Really.
