Writer: [looks up blearily over the huge pile of papers and bunnies on Her desk] ... well, I don't have much of a choice. It's a thing. A thing I do.
Duo: [raises eyebrow] You know as well as I do that the bunny queue is packed full. 'Fei is starting to bitch again about the fic you haven't finished.
Writer: Is he starting that up again? I TOLD him I'd finish that. Eventually.
Duo: [crosses his arms] You say that about a lot of stuff.
Writer: [shoves some bunnies out of his way] Why don't you bring it up with Heero, then? He's the one who keep pushing through those POV fics. If he gets any more domestic, he'll turn into Yuy.
Duo: [laughs] That's not so bad!
Writer: You just say that because YOU'RE in those fics, too.
Duo: What can I say? The other guyz bitch me out whenever I shove a bunny at you--
Writer: That's because they always turn into arcs!
Duo: -- so I don't care if Heero gets the top billing. As long as you don't angst the HELL out of all of us again--
Writer: ... I could SO write that at the moment.
Duo: Don't scare me like that.
Writer: Whatever! I said I was gonna do it, so I'm gonna do it! I'll just... put up more limitations or something. Ficlets. I can write ficlets.
Duo: [sighs] Look, I'm just trying to do my job, okay? Will you at least LOOK at the shit in the queue right now? Me an' the guyz aren't even gonna make you finish nothing, but a line or two? Can you do that?
Writer: [suspicious look] ... is this about that PWP?
Duo: ... what makes you say that?
Writer: [glare]
Duo: Fine! But do you know how much it sucks to have a hard-on for over 6 months?!
