OH MY GOD, THIS MOVIE IS COOL!

Contrary to how I normally act, I don't think I really want to spoil this for anyone. Of course, I'm in rant mode, so I might end up doing it anyway. Just rest assured that the slashiness was THICK... also... more boys to play with and imagine in sexual situations with each other!

HELM'S DEEP KICKED ASS.

This was... wow. I can't really describe it. Just see it for yourself. *pimp* The special effects were GREAT, and I really was sitting on the edge of my seat during these sequences. Also, I feel very sorry for the parents who brought their small small children to see this movie. Not only was it long, it was BLOODY. There was an amazing amount of gore for a PG-13 flick. And not just the slaughtering of Orcs. There was the fish abuse. And the bunnies. Of course, I didn't particularly mind seeing bunnies die (oops, differnt kind of bunny)... but this was just... eeewwww...

GOLLUM FREAKED THE HELL OUT OF ME.

I see how people might think it's much, but I like Gollum. Especially his psycho scene. I mean, it's in the BOOK. But, when you read Gollum then compare it to what you see on the big screen, the movie wins, hands down. And yes... I do pity Gollum, but I also wouldn't turn my back on him.

Oh! Oh! Elfboy... YUM! There wasn't enough Legolas. But the time he DID have was great. Oh, and I of firm belief that Aragorn and Legolas have shagged... and probably still do shag... but they're not exclusive. There was a totaly AragornxLegolasxGimli threesome vibe going on during the whole movie. XD XD XD!

I thought this was good. I mean, it's essential to the plot. Plus... I always thought Treebeard was cool. You just KNEW when he freaked out at seeing Isengard that shit was going to hit the fan.
