windandwaterMy left eye is twitching again. This does not bode well for the rest of the day.
But I *did* find that other case I was looking for. Yes, I *did* do my work instead of procrastinating. I'm so proud of myself. Now I just need to get a case for the grandparents and find some statutes, and my research will be done! I even have a Sloppy Ass Outline (TM) to work from. I managed to get three issues. Three very very broad issues that I just pulled out of my ass, but I think I have a good chance of answering correctly.
... tonight looks like "read all these damn cases and brief them" night. I guess I'll be writing all day tomorrow. *grumble* I need to remember to call my cousins and tell them I'll be late home. They freak out and think Bad Things if I'm not home at my usual time.
I need to stop being online and do work. Or go to lunch. Or both.
