What a weekend!

windandwaterI am once again reminded why I'm always so tired after having to deal with my parents. They were actually here Friday night and stayed until this afternoon. It wasn't so bad. My mom brought the old laptop with and I managed to transfer all my mp3s onto Solo, so now I have all my Eminem and Limp Bizkit. Let me glad that I do *not* have to download all these mp3s again.
Apparently my parents were in a generous mood. We went to Travis Air Force Base for some very nice tax-free shopping. I managed to pick up a nice London Fog raincoat (so nice!), a few long-sleeved shirts, and groceries. ^_^;; Now I have a case of Kiwi Strawberry Snapple, Hagen-Daz ice cream, and one of those holiday tins of three-flavored popcorn. God... I love those tins of popcorn.
I also got to see some relatives that I haven't seen since I moved up here. >_< Hey, I'm very busy! I don't have time to do stuff like visit my relatives. Besides, they all manage to end up at the house anyway.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to do any work this weekend, though I do have clean laundry now. And a clean bathroom. And a full tank of gas. Also got attacked by a plotbunny, which I have chosen to indulge.
Oh, and the BART *is* going to charge for parking at the station! *fume* $63 a month starting in December for a parking pass! Do I look like I can afford that? Must remember to pay for my book voucher at school, buy a new BART ticket, and reserve my plane ticket for Thanksgiving.
Still, I'm going to chalk this weekend up in the "positive" column.
