The Angels won the series. >_< Now I don't particularly care for baseball, so I don't really care *who* won. But I *do* know that the Angels winning means there's gonna be a lot of pissy people in class tomorrow. I fricken' live in *SAN FRANCISCO*, people! Do you know what's gonna happen to me once *basketball* season starts? I'm gonna be flayed alive! I'm a Lakers girl!

I take it you don't like the Angels and/or ambivalent to everything? I suppose that I shouldn't say anything because I'm the girl who wanted the Lakers to win at home so that we could have riots.

Nah. It's a rally monkey. I got it at the Ed a couple years ago. You wouldn't believe how many of those things were on sale at various streetcorners! But mine's real. ^_^

::points to previous comments:: yeah, lots & lots of gloating. & thankfully, i'm not working today, so i get to skip out on the inevitable i-knew-the-angels-were-going-to-win-even-though-i-said-they-wouldn't-but-i-still-knew-and-blah-blah-blah-i'm-always-right type spiel the bossman probably has prepared for today's less fortunate laborers. ^^;;

i'm impressed the whole city hasn't rioted yet, though. i mean, isn't that what us californians do every time we win a series we haven't won in years? we're getting lazy. la/anaheim should be completely *trashed* by now. >_
