Hmmm...

There are things I wanna babble about but I also don't because I sorta feel sometimes like I babble too much and it just makes me sound stupid and/or boring and/or geeky. It's a terrible positon to be in. Do I babble too much? I know I post alot, but is it just annoying? I can start LJ-cutting stuff, I guess. But then another part of me says this is MY LJ dammit and I should be allowed to babble uncut as much as I want.

I swear, when I hit the traffic (and couldn't get out), I actually checked the time to make sure I hadn't accidentally gotten caught in the middle of the Friday afternoon going-home rush. The freeway was full of trucks, too. Not just bigrigs either. There were a bunch of open flatbed trucks with stuff piled on them and little orange flags and "WIDE LOAD" signs. I saw:

-- one truck carrying two steel-reinforced concrete pillars
-- two trucks carrying loads of hay
-- one truck carrying what looked like insulation
-- a bunch of trucks carrying miscellaneous construction equipment (like forklifts)
-- one big truck carrying "The world's finest architectural stone veneer" (yes I was behind it long enough to remember that)
-- a truck with lumber
-- etc etc etc

And all I could think was: "Oh, the three little pigs are doing renovations."

Drive only made bareable by the radio station playing Men At Work's Land Down Under. And the Eurhythmics.

I'm going to finish my soda and bask in the air conditioning and internet.

In unrelated Trickster news, I think I'm giving up on the current Event, Blacksmith Marx's Refining Challenge. =__=;; Even though they made it 'easier' to find the ores/minerals in the Mines and they 'boosted' the refining probability rate, it's still too hard for my Dragon. I broke my Boost Baton Cane last night trying to get it to Level 2. Dammit. Goodbye +7MA. T___T

I think I'll just do the EXP/TMexp items quest part and be glad with that. Unless I suddenly get super lucky or something, I'm never gonna be able to refine a weapon to Level 6+. And I am NOT gonna spend all the money to buy Repair Powders from MyShop just to do it. I'm gonna buy Gacha coins instead.
