Something resembling life

windandwaterSo, after reading reviews and checking my latest copy of EGM (which came in the mail today), I've decided NOT to buy Spore Creatures for my DS. Everyone keeps saying it's crap (mostly the graphics), or at least, more aimed at kids. I really had high hopes for it, especially with the hype around Spore in general. ;__;
Maybe I'd pick it up some other time (since some aspects of it sound fun to me), but I don't think I'd pay the $29.99 for it.
Instead, I will use my Circuit City giftcard and buy Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise instead. That game had good reviews, and I think I'd like it. I enjoy playing Rune Factory, so the taking care of a garden for my pinatas will actually be fun to me. ^^
Still waiting on Ninjatown. And Elebits. And a bunch of other games that haven't been released yet. XD;;
