If you go with answering the questions instead of fucking with the cop, all you need to know is that you've known me for a year (♥), we're close friends (♥), and I haven't committed a crime. I fucked with the cops my first time and it was awesome.

Be careful because it's a bit violent, but nothing too bad.

Wouldn't the admissibility of that evidence be questionable, though? I mean, if I'm being questioned about someone else who's accused of a crime, but I'm not implicated, then isn't that technically illegal search and seizure?

No, because they do it all the time on the show. Once they even offered a guy some gum, and when he spit it out later, they got it to run a DNA test. You can use it for testing things (like the gum guy was the father of a dead girl's baby, so they wanted DNA to see if he was the father or someone else), so you can further more investigation.

Plus, you have no expectation of privacy to things you touch or throw away.

First time I went through, I had no problems. No, I don't know why I'm here. No, I really don't. Oh, yes I know her. For a year (x16 but who's counting). Yeah, we're very close. Dude, she was at home playing games. I mean, it's you we're talking about. So he was like, alright, then, have some coffee. Ick.

Then I went through and asked for my lawyer, changed my answers, said I was willing to testify but then he was like, testify that she was on whatever street at three am? So I was like, no way pig! And he roughed me up, but I just fell asleep... XDDDD Guess that's why he was pushing the coffee so hard.

Yup. First, he pimpslapped me out of my chair, and while I was on the ground he started shaking me and smacking me around some more. I called him a pig again, and the whole screen goes black while you hear the sounds of punching and stuff.
