i;m usually the first one to want to try something out--esp easy, gourmet cooking--but i object. his instructions are put the middle stuff in the crust and dump gooey stuff on top--so, say, pie crust + apples + sauce. except i think apple pie is pretty damn good with just apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, which takes me all of 30 seconds to do. so, meh.

True. But then there's people like me who don't know how to bake anything that doesn't come out of a box. XD;;
