A local council employee in Japan has been punished after it was discovered he had accessed porn websites at work more than 780,000 times in nine months.

Goddammit, Japan. This is why your country gets a bad name sometimes. I bet he is/was a 2channer. But seriously, 20 pages a minute? If he was jerking off too, either he has problems or he's really chafed.
