windandwaterWent grocery shopping. ♥ Filled up the cart with lots of lovely food, including some things I've wanted to try. YES. I'm going to be cooking. Really cooking. ^____^ Someone remind me to do food reviews for the new stuff I try, since my version of cooking usually involves following directions printed on a box, since I fail at cooking from absolute scratch. >_>;; But it still counts as cooking if you like, add eggs. And milk. And stir. And put it in the oven. =D One of the reviews I have to do is for Melty Chocolate Cake... stuff. It's from Betty Crocker.
I felt really bad earlier, but I think it's because I didn't eat much. I just had some tasty shrimp and a Coke, and I haven't been drinking soda since... before I got sick, really, so I think I'm on a bit of a buzz. YAY. Dinner is currently in the process of cooking. The chicken didn't defrost all the way in the freezer, but I'll just cook it at a lower temperature. ^^ It will be delicious.
For the overly curious, this is tonight's dinner (supper?) menu:
Baked Herb Chicken
Biscuits
Steamed Sweet Corn
Caesar Salad
And then the aforementioned cake for dessert. ♥
But for right now I'm flitting about online, tipping cows on Gaia and LJ-ing when I should be folding laundry. :P
