I thought Mother's Day was supposed to be on Sunday...? Second Sunday in May and all that jazz. So why do I keep reading everywhere that it's on Saturday?

I am a confused bunny.

Nope, it's Sunday, at least in the US. ^_^

Aha. I knew I was right. I still have time to buy a present.

You're not the only one, I keep hearing it's Saturday, too. But my calendar says Sunday.

unless you're reading LJ's of folks who live in australia. since they're 19-20 hours ahead of the US, it is mother's day there.

(but, if you see something reading - mother's day, saturday may 13th - then disregard! :) )

See, I knew I couldn't be the only one reading stuff like that. *cling* We are joined in confusion.

I was, too, until I saw so many posts and stuff saying Satuday. Bah. I'll stick with Sunday.

There was more with the panic than the confusion, becuase I thought I wasn't going to have a card in time if it was Saturday. Augh.

Yeah, I don't get it, unless it's like... "Mother's Day weekend."

... I might've been reading posts by people in Britain, who kept saying Mother's Day is "tomorrow."

That, too. Since I've been sick, I haven't been going out, and thus, had no time to shop for a present. D: I know what I want to get, too.
