This is what is in my Wills&Trusts notes:

o CA §250 – PERSON FELONIOUSLY AND INTENTIONALLY KILLING DECEDENT
 A person who kills the decedent cannot take:
• Any property, interest, or benefit
• ANYTHING

 The property:
• Passes as if the killer had pre-deceased the decedent

o §254 – JUDGMENT OF CONVICTION AS CONCLUSIVE
 A final judgment of conviction of felonious and intentional killing is conclusive for purposes of this part
 Preponderance of evidence

o FELONIOUS + INTENTIONAL
 First Degree Murder
 Voluntary Manslaughter
• i.e.: finding spouse in bed with other person
• provocation of the actions

This is what is scribbled in the margin of my Probate Code Book, near the aforementioned CA §250, in green:

KILLING = BAD, NO $$$

Oh! I can play this game!

4.1 Data Migration Approach
The current data flow consists of data from local books being fed into Lawson through DBS, and summarized Rams/Ivara data fed into Lawson via DBS. This data migration will be an on going process for Parker Drilling. The monthly journal entries in Lawson, along with the data fed into Lawson via DBS, will be pushed into the Essbase cubes generated via the Lawson Analytics Package. This data will then be available for reporting via Hyperion Reports and Analyzer from multiple Essbase cubes generated by the Lawson Analytics Package.

In addition to the Lawson Analytical Essbase cubes, an ODS will be created to house the Lawson detailed transactional data and the Rams detailed data. This data will be either exported via SQL code programs, or via Hyperion Application Link when applicable. This data will be loaded on a daily basis, or possibly on a monthly basis. If the data is loaded on a daily basis, it will help in the close process to see where they are before the actual close takes place. An additional custom Essbase cube for pulling Rams data and other Financial data from Lawson will be created via the Lawson Analytics data pump module.

I know you're smart! We all DO stuff... it's just boring to talk about it XP And it's SO easy to forget that you're studying to be a lawyer when you're running around talking about boysmut and cockporn!

Huh. Well, so much for my secret plan to get Mikke's Usagi Yojimbo collection via murder.

Would it make you feel better to know I understood very little of your notes? I took business law in college, but it's been a long time XP And I'd MUCH rather be writing up your stuff than mine. It's all techno drabble -_-

Hehehehehe... so you'd rather have homicide than techno-geekness? Maybe we can just pretend we understand each other. Then everyone will think we're smart. XDD

Well, I'm the only child and my parents are getting on in years. I can wait a little bit for the spoils of my childhood torment to roll in.
