Ah ha... a little babble before I nap

So I went to Sabrina's room today to see the tailor lady. There were a LOT of us there who were interested in suits, or had already been measured and such. The tailor lady only had my suit jacket done, but she's going to be back on Monday at 9am and have the dress. I tried the jacket on and everyone said it was very good and flattering on me. I thought it was a tad tight over my shoulders when I stretched my arms, but I liked it. And it was very thick, too. Good for colder weather. My total is around 2500 baht, but I'll pay on Monday. I'll also decide if I want her to make more suits for me. I held off because I'm going to my first fitting at 4pm today at Patrick's Fashionway and I want to see the difference.
Ah, but Miguel is coming with me, because he heard about me going to another tailor and is interested in seeing some higher quality suits. Not that the suit now is anything to sneeze at (very good material and stitching), but he wanted more choices and the tailor lady is going to be swamped with all these new orders. But from what I saw of everyone else's suits, they look very good and well-made, especially for the price.
So, we're going to meet in the lobby at 3:30, and I still need to shower, but I think I shall have a bit of a nap before then. I'm tired for some reason. z__Z
And I thought this was cool, even though I'm jumping on the meme bandwagon quite late. XP I don't know how many responses I'll get though.
There is a huge chunk of you that I don't even have a clue about. I don't know how old a lot of you are, or where you live, or basic normal things. Even your first names.
This is the problem with LJ; we all think we are so close, and yet we know nothing about each other.
So, I'm going to rectify it with this meme.
I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. I promise, I will not make fun of you. Ask more than one thing if you want.
I then invite you to do the same, by putting this meme in your journal. Remember, seriously basic stupid questions, don't be embarrassed, you would be really shocked what I don't know about you. Or you can even ask me something really bizarre and silly; it's up to you.

XP The DC trip clinched it for me, though college made me like political science more (I prefer theory to actual situations), and I think that I'd like to teach at a university eventually.

2) My mom named me after the cosmetic brand. She saw the commercial in the recovery room and decided it was nice. I was originally going to be named Margaret.
3) Maybe LA, even though it's so superficial that it makes my head hurt. It depends where I can get a job, but I like California.
