I went through two cans of Coke today to stay lucid. Okay, lucid is a poor term. "Upright" would be more apt, but even with the second Coke, I was drifting off during Property. *wince* And I drank my first Coke at 10 AM. By the time I got to Crim Pro, I was dying, but decided if I had another Coke, I would rot my gut, so I kept myself awake by chewing gum instead. Big Red, if anyone is curious to know.

I have a bit of Con Law work to do for tomorrow, and I have to remember to move my car, since they're going to clean the street. Though... I've seen some cars on the street and THEY aren't being moved. They don't have tickets either.

Heh... I've definitely had the days where I show up and head straight for the coke machine as the only way to keep awake through the day. I think Tuesdays are going to be my caffeine days this semester - five classes that day, straight from 10:30 to 5:30 with no significant breaks. And hooray for no classes on Friday. I was trying to decide which books to bring upstairs with me when it hit me that I wasn't going to bring ANY books up with me. No homework tonight. I'll do some housework, but I'm not touching law school stuff until tomorrow...

Are you planning on doing moot court or mock trial or anything? I'm going to be working off of packet material for oral argument for moot court. I'm trying not to be nervous and failing miserably.

Heh... I usually try to stay away from carbonated and caffinated things because they make me crazy (I usually drink juice or water). And I simply don't like to drink soda before lunch. So, this was a really bad day for me.

And no breaks sucks. Wednesday is my bad day, but at least I get lunch. What's horrible is one teach has a tendency to go over. The class ends at 2:55, and my next one starts at 3:00. So, overlecturing = me late for class.

*growl*

And I'd like to do moot court or mock trial, but I sort of have this problem with speaking in front of people. ^^;; Bad for a lawyer, I know. No litigation certificate for me.

I *hate* when profs overlecture. It's so rude - not only do you make people late, but (at least at UT) you also cause dozens of people to have to stand impatiently in the hall waiting for the class before them to finish.

It's a pet peeve of mine...
