One class down!

windandwaterBwahahah... I knew that once I started school, I would start LJing more. Maybe it's because of the school's ISP. So fast! *__*
And, no, I'm not really as happy as I sound. I just got out of International Organizations...
... it seems to be an okay class. There's only 6 students! Including me! The small class size freaked me out a bit, since I'm used to the huge size of the 1L core classes (60+). Then I remembered that Int'l Org. is am LLM/SJD class, and JD students are only allowed in under the professor's approval. *whines* I'm the only JD student there! 4 are LLM International students, and one is SJD!
I need to remember to ask the professor if my inexperience will put me at odds in the class. It's going to be a seminar-style class (rather than lecture), and there's no Final, but there's a paper and a presentation.
One of the girls said that because this is a 3 unit class, the paper will probably be around 30-40 pages.
*staggers*
And it turns out that the bookstore gave me the wrong books for the class, so now I have to return them. But the professor is going to check with them, because they may have ordered the wrong books. I need to remember to bring my receipt with me tomorrow.
Also, staged a coup and put my lock on the locker, along with my books. I already wrote my lockermate an e-mail about it (and the school sent one, too), so if she can't get into the locker, it's not my fault. I'm going to be on campus for the whole day so she should be able to spare 5 minutes to talk to me about it.

And now I'm hungry. But class isn't until 3 or so, and I don't want to eat early and end up starving during class. Plus, I don't want to give up the carrel I snatched. I figure I'll do and hour or two of work (I have to do Criminal Procedure! Argh!), and then have lunch from 2-3pm. *nods* That way I'll be relaxed and full and ready to learn.
And I think I'll go home right after classes today. I don't have my books to study for tomorrow (gerk... have to study tonight at home then), so there's no use in hanging around.
That's it for now.
