I'm in a surprisingly good mood this morning! It's probably the coffee I drank! Caramel Macchiatto... YUM! So I'm all caffinated and bouncy and happy and I slept a decent amount of time.

Also, met with my Writing&Research professor, and he doesn't think I'm a blithering idiot. He says I actually have a handle on the issues on the case, and that I'm doing good! WAI! ^_______^

Pretty amazing since I pretty much threw this stuff together last night in a few hours time. What can I say, I work well under pressure. I just have to get the cases I'm going to use and organize everything and write this sucker out. Trying to find the cases is the hard part though, since I have to make sure they weren't overruled or anything.

Now I have to do my Contracts work!

Everything is decent at least. I think it's just the whole V-Day thing. I severely dislike V-Day. Plus, things have been so boring in class that even I don't want to randomly babble about it. I've been too busy taking notes in an attempt to learn something.
