If it weren't for R-kun whispering out of the corner of his mouth, I would have totally blanked on one of the questions. I so hatehatehate to be called on during class. It doesn't matter if I know the case backwards and forwards, I always blank out when I'm asked questions in a public setting like that. Great, now I'm going to paranoid about whether the rest of the Section thinks I'm a blithering idiot for not being able to answer simple questions about the first case in the damned text.
Time for me to do my work for Civil Procedure.
Oh, and I'm in the Pit, again, so that means I don't get to listen to my nifty anime radio station. *grumble*
