Ugh! What a day! And the day isn't half over yet! Well, for me anyway.
The morning started out well, since I got 8 hours of sleep due to the wonderful, marvelous, beautiful fact that my Civili Procedure class was cancelled. So I rolled out of bed at 9 AM instead of 7. *happiness* Morning was the same as usual, except that I had this deadly feeling that I was forgetting something because my bookbag felt so damn light. Heh. It's probably because I finally emptied it of all the papers and things I don't need at the moment.
Of course, things went downhill from there. >_< The escalator at Montgomery was broken, so I had to walk up those freakin' STEEP stairs. Yeah, that was my exercise for the day. I got all light-headed, but that's probably because I had half a NutriGrain bar for breakfast. :P I managed to get to school with no further mishaps, and proceeded to study for Torts class in the Library.
Or, at least, I tried to. >_<;;
I think I have the attention span of a small rodent at the moment. I'm just glad that I over-read last week, so I only had to do actual reading for half the assignment. Plus, I got to break in my new highlighters since I killed two of them last week. Such things make me happy.
Had popcorn and a soda for lunch, while I re-read what I briefed last week. No memory whatsoever. Blah. Went to class. Professor lectured for most of it, but that just meant I could play solitare. Heh... I carry around my Solo for a reason, ya know. ^_~*
And because I think this is interesting, one of the cases we discussed in Torts was Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders v. Pussycat Theaters (I'll have to put the proper citation in some other time, since I don't have my book with me). You know what this was about? The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders brought suit against a theater that played "Debbie Does Dallas" for trademark infringement.

Yes, folks, we talked about porn in my Torts class today. This was almost as good as the BDSM and golden showers discussion we had in Criminal Law, but we couldn't do much giggling and laughing about the porn. I think everyone in class was dead, or it could have been much more fun.
So that was my day so far. Now I need to go study Civil Procedure for Wednesday. There's no classes tomorrow! Yay! But I think I'm going to spend my time studying Contracts. Bleh... who am I kidding? I'm going to sleep in late and spend all day online. Maybe. Possibly.
