windandwaterSo, here I am in the library, later than usual. This is equal parts because I am researching my writing assignement and the fact that I don't want to see my parents. Urgh. Yes, I do. No, I don't. Blah! Oh well. This needs to get done.
Anyway, my whole point is that as I was researching just what the factors in granting child custody are, I come across In re Maxwell in 41 ALR4th 1129 (well, actually, just before this).

I am *so* tempted to use that case in my Memo just for the fun of it. It discusses my issue! Really!
