Sailor Seraphim/Sera Tenshi -- helps run the Otaku no Mori. Angel from Heaven. Literally. Very clam and nice, but can be playful.

Hyouchuu Hibashira/IceFire -- Kitsune. Oversexed kitsune. Will jump anything and everything bishounen.
Cassandra Zane -- Kindred. Clan Tremere. She looks 16 but is much... much... older. Generally gentle and unassuming. Don't get her angry.
Pete -- Bartender. Resident pervert. Obsessed with Hibashira. Can't get a date to save his life.

Kagi Hoshino -- Japanese Schoolgirl. Generally happy and *not* a ditz. Like Hitomi from Escaflowne in character. In love with Sei; may or may not love Shinji (who is her best friend). Oh, she's a mahou shoujo too. She can control Light.
Kazeno Shinji -- Japanese Schoolboy. Rather like Ginta from Marmalade Boy in character and looks. Has a crush on Hoshino, and may or may not like Makoto. He's mahou shounen, with the power of Wind.
Yukino Makoto -- Japanese Schoolboy. He *will* hit on anyone since he's sort of a tease. He likes to joke. May or may not be in love with Shinji; may have a crush on Hoshino. Mahou shounen! His power is Water.
Seino Setsuna -- Japanese Schoolboy. One year older than the previous three. He goes by the name "Sei." Taciturn and brooding. He's in love with Hoshino. A mahou shonen who can also control Light.
Honouno Mai -- Japanese Schoolgirl. One year younger than Hoshino, et al. Bouncy and happy and slightly annoying. She loves to torment Makoto, whm she refers to as "okama otoko." Has no crushes on anyone, but is the Number One ShinjixHoshino 'Shipper.
